for a third party tool to import data files. efacs 2.0
Data Load process also provides you with detailed error
reporting and data comparison charts.

With efacs 2.0. you can load all
data files at the same time. efacs 2.0 makes it easy for
you to queue several Excel files at the same time. The data load
module provides real-time statistics for successes, conflicts
and errors.

You now have the ability to directly load

efacs 2.0. provides you the ability
to manage data related issues with ease. The ETL log describes
each error message in plain english and also lists the row
number of the problematic record.

Verify your incoming records by using the
ETL Diagnostic tool. Statistics are displayed for each data
table on the Diagnostics page in easy to read charts and graphs.
All data imported into efacs 2.0. could also be exported
in Microsoft Excel format from this screen.

Global
Exclusions
efacs 2.0. allows users to create
Global Exclusion that can be used to modify costs that are specific to your institution.
Exclusion Types are used during the Cost
Accumulation process and are unique for each model.

Import/Export Model
Users of efacs 2.0. have the ability to export all rules
from any model. The exported model can be saved as a backup or imported into efacs under a new
model to create various scenarios during the F&A proposal process.

Model Health
Model Health feature will allow
users to quickly identify and resolve issues.
It will help notify system users of matters such as data quality,
data gaps, user errors, bad ETL, and corrupt statistics. It will also provide
tips and recommendations to rectify any problems.
